Hello all,

I hate that I’m making this post, but I’ve tried everything at this point and have lost hope. So I’m hoping someone out there might have a fix because I’m frustrated at this point. I decided to upgrade my computer and from there it’s been all downhill for Warzone. I’m getting a DirectX error that crashes my game (see uploaded image for more details). There’s absolutely no reason why my game should be crashing, hardware wise. I won’t get into the details of it, but it’s an i9 Intel and 4070 Ti, no reason anything should be crashing.

When building the new PC, I didn’t reformat the hard drive. I would crash mid-game every 2-3 games. So I decided to reformat my hard drive. Now, I’m crashing just trying to load the game. I can’t even get into the main menu.

Some basic things I’ve tried: Reinstalling the game, renaming the directory folder, reporting the bug crash, deleting cache, updating all drivers, updating windows, and many other things that I won’t get into too much detail about. Does anyone have suggestions? It seems like they know about this and aren’t doing anything. From researching into the issue, it seems to be a pretty common error.

Thanks in advance.
