I’m assuming it’s the cross play element and the fact that I’m solo Q. But I always seem to be on the side where the opposite team won’t even let us out of spawn. Quite off putting for casual players

Because you have crossplay disabled in demolition on a COD that came out in 2020. It’s not rocket science.
