I have mine stacked like that as my space is limited, however I do have room for a “super wide screen” monitor rotated 90° and situated on the right hand side, which I call “The Ear”.
You do get used to it, but I’d position them lower. My lower monitor is around 6″ from the surface of the desk.

I think your setup looks great..very clean and organized..just a suggestion but maybe put your monitors side by side and you will have an ultrawide setup with what looks like a very decent amt of screen real-estate..but everything else looks very nice…great job
