You’re off to a good start. I dig the wired stuff – I’m not a wireless guy either – but you could use some cable management.
I doubt that monitor is high enough for good ergonomics. Get a VESA mount or a riser.
You’d really benefit from cable management.
Get a vented riser for your laptop too, or at least prop it up on something. Laptops generally have underwhelming cooling to start with, so blocking half its airflow with a deskpad isn’t doing its performance or longevity any favors.

Oh, and a plant or three. Succulents and ferns are common choices.
