What are your lobby/chat audio settings set to? I thought I recalled some folks mentioning the Steam version was getting an FPS hit if you had it set to lobby chat as opposed to party or off. Might be worth toggling that just as a test.

Also steam has an overlay enabled by default which can reduce performance.

It was the same shit in Warzone 1, think by the end I had like 60 or so fewer frames than when Warzone first dropped.

You’re playing on two completely separate accounts. When I did that, bnet and steam had two completely separate installs.
You’ve actually left out all the information we would need to decide the veracity of your claims.
Is it separate installs? Is it separate accounts? Are you pointing one launcher at the other launchers game version? What makes you think the settings, ini, and cfg files are even remotely aligned?
Edit – I’ve actually got my bnet and my steam account linked. Did you know you could do that? Why didn’t you do that for this test?
