One of my all-time favorite stories from back when. I followed along with her through every issue/anthology, and sometimes I’d forget the imagery of books I was reading at the time in favor of mentally embroidering the story arcs in the Battle Angel Alita comics — fleshing them out like rpg daydreams before I even knew what a fanfic was. 🤘🏼🤓
