Is this Kino? If so then it’s for the reel that you can collect in the random teleport locations after you pack-a-punch.
In kino, there is are a few video reels you can pick up in the rooms after you teleport away from pack a punch, then you can put it in the projector at pack. It’s the same as bo1 kino except it has a icon to know if you have one or not
