So I was a little slow on the video capture when It initially happened but I jumped out of a helicopter to surprise attack somebody and the game switched my equipped weapon to a combat knife but I still had my load out which was a riot shield and sakin. I ended up picking up a mp5 to replace the combat knife and I still had three weapons(riot shield, sakin and a mp5). Kind of bizarre.

Power Grab in Warzone 1 also had this bug.
It’s 100% reproducable.
From memory it’s to do with getting in a vehicle with a Riot Shield equipped. Exiting will disable the shield until you either drop a gun (which fixes the glitch) or pick up another (which gives you 3 guns).
If you main a shield, it’s actually really annoying. I had it all the time.
You have mule kick equipped as a perk .
