Make sure you have game installs contents from settings in-game
What about downloading the two-pack? Maybe that would fix it
My issue is now I have to keep reinstalling the data packs everytime I put the disc in, and sometimes it glitches and still doesn’t work.

I just installed the game and all the packs for the first time today (late purchaser) and after installing over 200 gigs of everything, same shit. I just had access to the MW2 ad and Caldera. When I would go offline, it showed the campaign being locked even though the disc was in the drive. I just uninstalled everything and posted the game on Craigslist. I’m not going to keep uninstalling and installing new packs just to play the campaign.
This is one of the dumbest things I have ever dealt with regarding a physical media game.
