These is depending on the player but to me whenever I play fallout or Skyrim I always go for murder hobo first then play it normally so his going to wreck shop.

Is it post old world blues, and if so do they keep their spine heart and brain or chrome it up. That could effect some things. Also did they get the cybernetics from new vegas clinic.
Either way they would probably make it pretty far as a merc, maybe join militech or fight for nusa depending on how they acted in lonesome road and background chosen for it.
We know they are good at heists, as long as there’s a plan, and can adapt due to dead money, also shows they can work with a team, or use people until they are useless to current mission, depending on how they are played.
Also if they worked with or joined brotherhood of steel you can add some tech knowhow. With high enough repair they could fix anything with a box of scraps and bubblegum
