After an analytical look at both regional finals, it is clear NA is miles ahead of EU in both mechanics and understanding of unplayable. Many people will be upset at this but it's the truth.

Clearly the numbers also tell the “truth”. NA is miles ahead of EU and I am not upset.

I can’t decide if this is a troll or said with a straight face, “high level analysis” ok mate, it’s just his opinion, “miles ahead in both mechanics and understanding of unplayable” that’s a bit of a stretch, also the understanding of unplayable, and the reality of having to play the game often times do not equate, sometimes you are left with only poor choices and need to make the best of it .
Do people not understand that different lobbies of teams with different levels will yield numbers that do not translate to another lobby/region? if you cannot understand this then having a look at the consistency of the upper teams in NA should really fill in the blanks.
They are not consistent because they are better than other regions, they are consistent because they are better than the other teams in their lobby.
The other regions have been more competitive than NA for a while now, no amount of analysing /comparing numbers will be able to really show this .
Consistency or rather inconsistency shows that the lobby is competitive, when teams no one is really expecting anything from steal the show and place 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (EMEA), then you know the competition must be fierce .
It’s basically different teams every competition in most regions or at the very least a shuffle of the teams at the top, the same cannot be said in NA where it is the same 3 teams on the leaderboard every comp/season .
I love PUBG as an esport, and I want to see every region kick ass, and be as competitive with each other as possible, the truth is regions aren’t all equal, and while some regions aren’t as competitive their top teams are up there with the best .
I think you would be able to throw the top 3 NA teams into any region and not see them get totally dominated, hell they might actually do really well, the bottom teams would without a doubt, get eaten alive though (rng/luck) aside.
