I’ve never understood how people can defend quickscoping, it wasn’t so bad before they introduced perks like Focused when taking damage caused your aim to jolt massively throwing you off target. It at least kept things slightly balanced.
You get hit first in CQC with a sniper.. you die. You shouldn’t be there in the first place after all.
Considering however that now you can be hit 2-3 times, raise your scope in and then kill the other guy is a bit stupid to be honest. Especially when you consider that shotguns need heavy range attachments to not be hitmarker central at which point your Kar/SPR etc can raise even faster and one shot you before you’re even on target.
Using the logic of long range weapons dominating in close range the shotgun should also be given infinite range when it’s aiming in. After all it’s the same scenario but reversed.
