For a brief second it shows the spectator mode, meaning the game thought someone was alive,
The round ended while you were falling and your friend respawned so the game didn’t end. Then I can only assume you respawned because you died during the round change so you would’ve been dead the entire next round so the game respawns you?
If I had to guess, the last zombie died due to you getting too far away, but before you hit a kill barrier. This maybe allowed some weird interaction that happened to line up perfectly with the respawn triggered by a new round?
