But let me ask you, if I built a car from scratch would you file an injunctive order for me to smash it because it looked a little like one you built 35 years ago? Yes? Then maybe intellectual property and patent laws are outdated and in woeful need of revision. Not to mention that blatant disregard for broken laws has repeatedly proven to be the best method of getting those laws corrected.
