We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!
To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!

I see you’re also a custom keeb connesieur. You’re pretty much all set in my book. Who am I kidding, theres never an endgame for keebs

I’d recommend mounting the smaller monitor on a single monitor vesa mount so you can rotate/adjust it. Also would raise it to the same height as your main monitor. Get a wrist rest for the keyb. Clean looking setup as is though.
Other aesthetic ideas:
Put a shelf above your setup and install an led light strip underneath it to give your setup a nice glow and a place to put fake plants, Funko pops, or chachkies of your choice.
Get a nice big frame with a plastic/glass cover for your fabric startrek wall banner to keep it nice and preserved and elevate the look of the space.
Add some pops of color to the setup, your colorway is a little bland as of now.
Get a raised monitor stand to give yourself a place to push the keyboard under if you need to use the desk for school/work/making things.
Small desktop lamp with a warm white led to give a cozy feeling to the space.

I don’t know how tall you are or how you sit or how high you sit, but I would lower the main monitor if possible… From what I understand (and what I’ve been most comfortable with), when you look straight at the monitor the “line” from your pupils should more or less line up with the top of the monitor
