I don’t think it’s a transferable reticle to any optic, it just works with that AimOp sight (though you can put the AimOp on any weapon).

Reticles were already purchasable in the last 3 MW2019, Cold War, and Vanguard. Yea in-game shops and microtransactions suck, but this isn’t new or unique to MW2/WZ2.

Lots of blue print attachments can be put on other guns. For example, some of the tracers are from bullet blue prints so if another weapon can take those bullets, they get tracers. I think I saw one guy put the blue tracers from the bas SMG onto the Lachmann rifle. They also took the blue laser sight and put it on the fennec.
But also, most of the past dlc reticles were ass and would usually block a lot of the sight picture.

I’ve just given up on call of duty. The past 2-3 years have proven to me that all these games exist solely to make a dillion dollars off of micro transactions, and then end up being useless 1-2 years later. What a fucking waste of time and money. I bought MW2 and genuinely regret it.

I don’t understand how Activision is biffing the micro transaction ball so hard on this shit. They’ve been doing this brain dead shit since WZ1.
Make tracers and reticles separate purchases that can be applied to any weapon or optic (in class). Hell make tracers only applicable to specific weapon classes if you’re feeling super greedy.
They could have all the tracer colors of the rainbow and you could buy whatever colors you want for any weapon. or multiple of the same color for different weapons in different categories.
As it stands, the only ppl that are buying these packs are ppl that also like the weapon and optic included.
I don’t want micro transactions at all. But it just blows my mind that they can’t even do the greedy shit correctly.

The “mw2019 was good” comments are halarious convenient amnesia knowing damn well that game was horrible competitively and let’s not start with the fact that it’s a squad spawn system and that alone makes the game garbage.. Infinity ward hasn’t made a good game since MW3 and even that was average playing off the coat tails of MW2
