Just updated it, and it keeps freezing on the begging of the dumbass intro video before crashing. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted my Xbox, nothing fixes it and I can’t find anyone else on the internet with this problem. Wtf do I do?
Edit: I think it is a known issue to Infinity ward, they added something to Trello describing this 7 hours ago saying they were “looking into it”. I’ve waited for this update for months and now I can’t even open the game. Shame on me

I’m also having this problem. Thought it was just my Xbox one s not keeping up. Was fine going through the update but once it gets past the loading screen of the asian dude it goes black and kicks me to the lobby. Still says season 1 on the game cover in my games and apps

Had the same problem on my one x. Had to delete and reinstall all of it. Make sure all “packs” download and install.

Delete your temporary game data. It will make read the terms of service again but it works
