    The overhead light gives the weapon a very nice touch highlighting the curves and edges of the weapon.

    You’re not alone, I prefer MW19’s style too. I think the gunsmith and UI overall were much better in MW19 than MWII.

    “Am I the only one?” No you are on the MW 2019 subreddit oh my god. I love this game too but everything has turned into a circlejerk. Yes MW is a quality game, but* it had a lot of time to develop into what it is today. Most of us were saying the same thing about this game that we are saying about MW2 now.

    I don’t even mind MW2 that much, they took features out but theres a lot there that they added. At the moment I dont think its finished by any means but neither was MW.

    I thought I was the only one :’) .. I hate the way weapons are presented and look in the gunsmith in mw22 .. mw19 feels like such a polished game. Especially the aesthetics in the gunsmith

    I do too. I like the gun on the table as you choose attachments. But let’s be real. If they did the same thing for mw2 people would just call them lazy. They already call cod devs lazy as it is

    everything about mw2019 is better than mw2, except for overall graphics, mw2 is slightly better

    I loved MW2019 aesthetic and colors more than MW2022, to be fair MW2022 feels like a total unrelated game in various aspects sometimes

    Literally, everything is better about MW2019, only playing MW2 2022 because I’ve played MW2019 for 3 years straight and needed a change.

    Actually, correction pistols are better in MW2 2022, fucking love pistols in MW2 2022

    Nah mw19 was far better. Especially since they were closer to the real life counterpart than mw22 for the most part

    One thing I like about MWII better is the size of the optics. I always felt that MW2019 optics are really small, usually the medium range ones.

    About the only thing I like about the weapons in MWII over 2019 is that they separated Battle Rifles from the regular Intermediate Cartridge Rifles like the M4 and the AKM

    If you’re talking about the UI, then yeah I agree, but other than that it’s pretty much the same.

    I prefer MW22 AKs to MW19, since they do have more realistic models, MW19 AKs all look off

    Wow, I’m so glad to see you finally got the game. It really holds up, I hope you enjoy it. I have over 1000hrs but don’t feel dissuaded by the noob grind.

    I know you must have only just found the game yesterday, else you’d know THERE IS NOT A SOLITARY PERSON THAT HONESTLY BELIEVES THAT 19s UI IS BETTER THAN 22s.

    This is one of, if not the most common criticism the game has received. This post is just adding to the echo chamber and honestly pisses me off.

    Not the only one. MW19 had a real steel, scratches, markings, dings and dents look. MW22 has a “just out the factory, first shot on the front” look. There is no weathering on guns that have been going on hundreds of deployments.

    I like the simplicity of MW2019s weapons/gunsmith better. The UI makes the screen appeared cluttered.

    I just like the blueprints better. Give me tracer rounds and colors, not boring gun metal grey weapons.
