Hello LVCKV, and thank you for your submission to Gaming PC! If you are new please check out our rules over at the wiki [here](https://www.reddit.com/r/gamingpc/wiki/rules)!
We have recently added the useful feature of Title Flair! You can set this manually by clicking Flair under your post once you have submitted your post, but if you missed it in the rules there is a much better way that will automatically flair your post!
To do this simply add what your post is about in brackets before your title. For example for a Build Log you can type [Build Log] before your post so that it looks like this; [Build Log]My new awesome build!, and the bot will automatically set your flair to Build Log! This works for Build Log, Build Showcase, News, Hardware News, Hardware Release, Discussion, and Miscellaneous!
Also remember that this is a place for discussing and sharing our love of Gaming Computers! This is NOT the place for help building or determining what parts you should buy, that is better suited for /r/buildapc. Troubleshooting questions should be directed to /r/techsupport. Thank you again!

It makes a world of difference. I have the 13900KS the hottest CPU in the market and my temps were 45-55 idle and 62-80c on heavy load. With this anti-bending bucket, not only it protects your CPU from bending, it also helps to lower the temps. I managed to bring it down by -15c.

my 12700k shoots up to 92C and stays there on cinebench w/ the bracket lol maybe I installed it wrong or something

Can you link to where to get one?
justapcguy
I was thinking of getting one. But, i do have a 13600k. Idles at 28c to 32c when watching Youtube 4k videos.
Gaming i don’t go higher than 65c, when OC at 5.5ghz on all pcores. So, just wondering if it is even worth it.

I have this with my 13700k, never surpassed 69c on the Cinebench R32 single core test

How good is grizzly kryonaut thermal paste?
couchpotatochip21

I’ve seen these things for am5, what exactly do they do?
X_SkillCraft20_X
It looks cool but what does it do? I’ve never see this before.

I have a 13700K and am using an MSI S360 AIO with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut, board is an MSI Z790 Carbon Wifi. Never gets above 88C during all-core stress test and during games it never goes above 60C. Idle is a nice 34C. Maybe I got lucky?

13900k user here. Dropped my temps 10c+ and it only cost about $12. Just make sure you screw it down evenly and in small increments. I’d recommend watching the gamers nexus video on this. You can really fuck your shit up if you don’t install this properly.

Or just undervolt the CPU as its free. (and saves money, sometimes even gets more performance as you can drop the voltages while also upping the speed) Or have a better cooler.
Ghostespy
Does void warrenty on your CPU though. But Intel doesnt have to know we use it right…
Griffonrook
Good thing, but I think it is necessary only when temps are high. But if there are no issues then no need in this.
chris346logo
Literally stopped my 12900k from passing 75c on load it’s insane
GeneralG94
I have this for my i9-13000k. It was, to be honest, a little sketchy to put on. I feel like it could do with having its own set of installation screws that are 1 mm longer than stock screws. My Asus Z790 screws were only just long enough.

But will it work with an AiO and an Air Cooling or only with Water Cooling?
