I do not care for the 3D element of the mask in the new game. It made it very difficult for me to take the character seriously. Like, what, did he stop by Halloween City on his way to the mission? Sure he’s good at killing evil soldiers but he’d better watch out if He-Man ever shows up.

Tbh I prefer the original original MW2 one, the sunglasses really pulled the look off well, but from these I think Mandible is better. Gives more realism to it and looks more intimidating. One of the reasons I’m not a huge fan of the Vault Edition skins in MW2, since they’re all just the upper part.

Actual skull mask in general looks kinda goofy. Like how did the SAS think “Yeah that’s fine we’ll just let one of our officers go walking around with an actual skull mask that’s normal.”
At least in MW2 2009 it was way more subtle and just a kind of neat part of who he was. Now it’s like that skull is 95% of his personality.

I like lines a lot better and I don’t care what anybody says I dig Ghost’s new look. The reality is the old ski mask with a skull is literally used all the time in real life by complete cringe douche bags. The new look is original and if they would add even the slightest bit of lore for why he wears a (real?) skull it would be badass.
