I love that this implies that by 2084, DHL’s delivery service has gone SO BAD, that the end user has to pay for traffic violations and -deaths. *Chef’s kiss*

  2. Some salesman is looking at those numbers and thinking, “Where was the fatality? We can transport the body the morgue before Fed Ex gets there.”

This does not only imply that drones cant fly good enough that there arent any traffic violations but that the customer has to pay for these software errors.

But isn’t it the entire point of drones to fly around to avoid traffic? Well… I suppose by 2084 there will be enough flying things to be able to have traffic in the skies.
