A couple of suggestions that might help would be to check crossplay is enabled to widen the net. It also helps to widen the game modes you’re searching for.
I usually have several game modes active in my search and can often find a match within 30 seconds to 1 minute max.
I found that time of day is irrelevant as I’ve had no trouble finding matches during the day or in the evening.

ohh you got temp ban for “Cheating”. It happened to me once. I played too good and console player most likely reported me for “Cheating”.

Had this problem too during the weekend, take ages to get a match on BOCW, no problem to get a match on MW 19 or Vanguard.
