I haven’t played call of duty on controller for about 5 years so thought I’d try out warzone on my ps5 the other day. Jesus Christ I was so bad, I’m not great on pc but at least it all feels natural and fluid, controller felt impossible. Amazing how muscle memory works

Ironically, frames dont help that much all in COD because of aim assist.
The frames improve the smoothness of tracking which is immediately noticeable when you have to track targets like in apex or ow2, but with AA in cod you dont need to make as many microadjustments making the whole argument pointless, esp since next gen consoles can get 120fps…

Plugged in a controller and I have 0 skill with one. Yet if I got my aim in their general area I would get a kill. The nature of the controller you need some type of aim assist to compete with mnk, but it’s too much right now. If you’re decent with both there’s no reason not to play controller in this game

Aim assist is easy to abuse in COD & Apex Legends. At least in Apex I still have a chance on MNK. On COD, AA is way too strong to not be playing on controller & abuse AA

I just accept warzone is made entirely to make their target audience think they’re good at the game, it’s the perfect design for their business model. They’re making such a massive amount of profit that no changes will ever be made to increase the actual skill gap.
