I get this occasionally. I’ve found that it is generally when I’ve left the game running idle on the main menu for more than 5+ minutes and try to then run a game. It’ll load me in then hit me with this shortly after.

I spent a good hour troubleshooting this. Only thing that fixed it was a reinstall. No problems since then.

Scan and repair says there are no issues.
