You needed to be Prestige 1+ during Cold War’s life cycle, unfortunately now that it’s ended, you can’t get any of the Classic Calling Cards even if you do prestige

It’s likely been a bug since day one. For me, it took like, 6 prestiges before I got even 1 key, and I was able to get a weapon using the keys.

The prestige store has been fucked up since forever.
If you didn’t reach a specific prestige level *during CW’s lifespan*, you’re unfortunately SOTL and won’t be able to buy any calling cards.
