Nothing has been confirmed though because there have been too many conflicting points and no official Treyarch reveal. Unless you can show an official Treyarch lore piece that confirms it, it’s just unknown as BO3 puts it. The whole voice modulator thing for the specialist stories and Blackout are just community theories with no confirmation from Treyarch themselves.
