Can’t say for sure, been playing for a week, but, a few days ago, before the update, the rainbow reflection glitch happened to me in dmz, whilst the same thing you have happened to me 12hrs ago in el asilo every time I was in a building. So I’d say not rare, but way rarer than the usual crashes.
