I don’t know why this PR tweet was worded in a way that avoided actually saying the precise bottom line of the message. But eU_Burns replied talking about the team in the past tense and wishing them luck in the future, so the implication is clear.
I think it’s a pretty clear indicator that NA is only getting one global partner slot.
