so i changed my render resolution back to 100, turned on DLSS, and uncapped the frame rate. why are my frames still dropping this bad? i genuinely do not understand. and my overlays are also off, only other app open is discord. CPU usage is at 60ish percent and ram being used is around 16gigs. really not sure WHAT is doing this. no other games i play do this, only MW and MW2.
