I have Hynix A-die RAM sticks which have XMP profile. I looked up Buildzoid guide on RAM tuning on his Patreon.
The way I did was first to enable XMP and then manually tune everything. I added Zentimings picture.
I'm not really trying to squeeze the most out of my timings, since I don't have active RAM cooling, but I wanted to check if timings and voltages are ok or if there is anything major that I should change.
I set VSOC to 1.2V, MEM VDD to 1.35V and CLDO VDDP to 0.95V based on Buildzoid guide. I also noticed that VDD MISC is set to 1.1V manually in BIOS, but I've never touched that setting myself. It might have changed when I enabled XMP profile.
