Windows says they are. SK Hynix and Kingston stuck say they are running at 1600MHz so is that dual channel and means both are running at what's supposed to be 3200MHz CL16?
Before I put the SK Hynix stick I had to enable XMP for Kingston stick to run at 3200MHz CL16 but after I put the new stick it said XMP not supported but from what I see both sticks still run at 3200MHz CL16.
