






One of you guys from r/overclock asked if i have done any benchmarks on the system, and I said I never thought about it besides cpuz. So here’s some time spy and fire strike.
4790K Refit – Final Benchmarks after repaste + fan fix
Thanks to everyone on the 6.1k post – locking in daily config + bench results.

– GPU: ASRock RX 6750 XT Challenger Pro 12GB OC (RX6750XT CLP 12GO) – TF7 repaste, pea method
– Case: AL800 Pink Full Tower TG ARGB
– PSU: Corsair RM750e White 750W ATX 3.1 PCIe 5.1

– Time Spy: 10,402 (Avg 10,229) – Graphics 13,173 / CPU 4,746 – ABOVE AVERAGE
– Fire Strike: 21,832 – Graphics 36,598 / Physics 12,363 / Combined 7,589
– Combined Test held 35 FPS
TEMPS (After cure)
– Before: 63C / 90C hotspot @ 50% fan / 1757 RPM (Heaven 4K)
– After 5hr Cyberpunk 2077 1440p Ultra: 63C / 85C hotspot (-5C) @ 50% / 1775 RPM
– CPU: 74C max / 60C avg in Cyberpunk, 66C max in Heaven
– 12hr Prime95 Blend PASS, No WHEA
NOTES
– Fake 7-12GHz spike in monitoring is Haswell sensor bug in 3DMark, ignore.
– Dips to 0% between tests = loading screens, normal.
– 6750 XT never throttled, 2615MHz sustained boost, 52C in Time Spy.
Haswell still kicking in 2026.
