Publisher THQ Nordic and developer Nine Rocks Games have officially unveiled a new trailer for the hunting simulator Way of the Hunter 2. The full release of the project will take place on September 29, 2026. The game will be available on PC, as well as on current-generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
The developers have opened pre-orders. As an early purchase bonus, players will receive the special Heirloom Pack DLC, created in honor of the legacy of virtual hunters. The project is positioned as the next stage in the evolution of realistic wildlife simulators, offering new territories and improved prey tracking mechanics.
Minimum system requirements for a PC include an operating system Windows 11 (64-bit), AMD Ryzen 5 3600X or Intel Core i5-9600K processor, 16 GB of RAM, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 or AMD graphics card Radeon RX 5600 XT, DirectX 12, and 30 GB of available storage. Recommended requirements include an AMD Ryzen 5 7600X or Intel Core i5-14600K processor, 16 GB of RAM, and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Ti or AMD graphics card. Radeon RX 7600 XT.
