Just moved into a new place, so I’m finally starting to put together a proper workspace. Please ignore the boxes between the desk and display cabinet, they’ll be gone soon.
I’m pretty happy with the overall direction, but I’m struggling to refine it into a cleaner, more polished setup.
A few things I’m trying to work out:
– Speaker placement (angled on the desk vs raised on a desk shelf?)
– Whether a desk shelf would help clean things up and give me somewhere to tuck away the keyboard and mouse.
– The best way to use my MacBook Pro, gaming laptop, monitor, and iPad without making the desk feel cluttered.
– What to do with the empty walls and corner so the room feels a bit more finished.
It’s a bit of an odd space since it’s also our spare bedroom, and I wanted to keep my display cabinet in here too.
I’d love any suggestions or ideas to make it feel a bit more refined and cohesive.
