For anyone returning to the game specifically for the Spider-Man event, they have to spend money on the BP or other collabs that they might not care about whatsoever to increase their collection level to get one of the very few items that even came with this Spider-Man collab.
Why make it obtainable through collection level but not give ANYTHING Spider-Man related to collect?
