Today. After 7 years, My GPU Died. Its been with me just short of a 1/3 of my life. The displays went black, so I reset the PC, and went to turn it back on and it crackled then the magical smoke came out of the GPU. Its dead. Gone. Forever. Never to be with me again.
And now I have a 4070 since the GF is awesome and she upgraded her 4070 to a 5070. Rough day with lots of emotions, and fear as I thought my MB and Proc or storage went to the grave to. Glad it was just the GPU.
