Every 20–30 seconds, my game freezes just like in the video. I’ve tried every solution I could find online, but nothing worked. I’m playing with an ethernet cable, and I get the exact same issue when connected to wifi. I even connected to a friend's wifi who lives in a different location, and the same problem occurred, so it seems like the issue is with my pc, not the internet. I’ve been dealing with this problem for a month now. By the way, I wanted to point out that sometimes the FPS shows as 1 while this issue is happening.

I know my system specs are low, but I've been having this issue for a month now and I've been playing CS for 5 years w same pc without ever encountering something like this before

THIS PROBLEM OCCURS ONLY IN CS2; I DON'T EXPERIENCE IT IN WUTHERING WAVES, EVEN THOUGH IT REQUIRES MORE SYSTEM RESOURCES

i can't remember everything i've tried, probably close to 100 things by now, but among them are: repasting thermal paste, cleaning the fans, verifying cs2 file integrity, reinstalling cs2, changing graphics settings, tweaking network settings, setting cs2 to high cpu priority, turning off background antivirus, disabling nvidia shadowplay (instant replay), and switching from a wireless mouse to a wired mouse and headset
