Am I the only one encountering a huge number of hackers in the lobby since the new season started?
I only play ranked. I actually reach Ace Dominator every season. My teammates get worse every season. I often even feel like my teammates are AI or bots. My opponents can be described as follows.
Players who always know exactly where you are? Players who make absolutely no movement noise? Players who barely take damage at point-blank range, even after getting hit by a full magazine plus headshots and body shots? Players with better aim than Chuck Norris and Bruce Lee combined? And strangely enough, they’re always players who have demonstrably poured tons of cash into Tencent’s pockets?
The developers never miss a chance to preach to the community about how hard they are working to remove hackers from the game. You all know the standard developer spiel: the system, blah blah, comprehensive checks, blah blah, all factors analyzed, blah blah, no anomalies detected, blah blah, real-time monitoring, blah blah. Yet, the reality of my daily gaming experience in 2026—the AI generation—looks completely different. When I look at the profiles of these supposed "pro gamers," I see accounts worth hundreds or thousands of euros boasting incredibly high stats. This evidence makes it extremely difficult to deny the obvious. Cash is all that matters. Strangely enough, these players—or rather, these profiles—always seem immune to sanctions.
I used to like the game. Now, it’s just frustrating. No matter how I look at it, if I play regularly, that is the only conclusion I reach—at least on the European servers. All that’s left of the community are whales, children, fanboys and fangirls, and a huge number of hackers who seem to be protected by the developers—likely because they’re the ones dumping the most cash into the game.
In my opinion, the number of mod-menu users and PC emulator players is constantly rising. It’s especially bad this season because thousands of gamers in Europe are quitting the game every day. I can’t blame them. What’s left are the big-spending hackers—sanctioned by the dev team—and morons like me who waste their precious gaming time on these low-rent, incompetent developers.
