Antoine Jouteau will become the next Chief Executive Officer of French gambling firm Banijay Gaming, owner and operator of Betclic and Tipico.
The appointment comes amid a huge expansion of Banijay Gaming’s international presence after the acquisition of German market leader Tipico was completed earlier this year.
In its home nation of France, Betclic remains a formidable player in the online betting space while Banijay has also secured a stronger foothold in the bricks-and-mortar casino market via the planned takeover of JOA.
Jouteau will commence CEO duties from 1 September 2026. Nicolas Béraud, founder of Betclic Group and CEO of the betting brand from 2016-2025, will remain Chairman of the Banijay Gaming board, with Joachim Baca continuing as Vice-Chairman.
