EMERSON, GA – Ten of Arizona’s top uncommitted 2027 prospects made the trip to LakePoint Sports on July 21–22 to represent Team Four Corners at the 2026 Prep Baseball Senior Future Games. Competing in front of more than 495 college coaches and scouts, Arizona’s representatives showcased their abilities during the pro-style workout and game action at one of the country’s premier recruiting events. Below, we take a deeper look at each player’s performance, the tools that stood out and the areas they can continue to develop.

Devin Dekavallas 3B / Perry, AZ / 2027
The 6’4, 198 pound third baseman finished 2 for 5 with two singles while playing sound defense throughout the event. He showed athletic, coordinated actions at third base, with easy carry on throws across the diamond. Offensively, he showed a good understanding of the strike zone (walking 3 times) while making quality swing decisions. He can rush his operation in the box at times, but adjusts well to pitches down in the zone. Staying controlled and allowing his physical strength and long levers to work should lead to more consistent hard contact.
Hagen Haefs RHP / Desert Vista, AZ / 2027
The 6’1, 190 pound right hander faced 12 hitters, allowing five hits and two runs while walking two and striking out two. He worked through a difficult first inning before settling in and finding more success as the outing progressed. He showed an athletic delivery with a loose, quick arm from a 3/4 slot, running his fastball up to 90 mph with 16 inches of horizontal movement. His 2,400 rpm curveball tunneled well off the fastball, with both pitches coming from a consistent 5.5 foot release height. Establishing his command earlier and landing the curveball more consistently will allow his quality three pitch mix to play at a higher level. Despite not having his best stuff, he remained composed, continued to compete and found a way to make pitches when he needed them most.
Israel Hernandez SS / Cienega, AZ / 2027
The 5’9, 179 pound middle infielder finished 2 for 8 and opened the Senior Future Games with a leadoff home run. Israel consistently put preassure on the defense, striking out just once while showing a smooth swing and ability to consistently find the barrel. Defensively, he displayed soft hands and fluid actions on the dirt, giving him the ability to handle multiple spots across the infield. A scrappy, competitive player who continues to trend upward.
Nolan Leitner LHP / Casteel, AZ / 2027
The 6’0, 170 pound left hander faced 10 hitters, allowing five hits and two runs while walking one and striking out two. He showed advanced pitchability and a strong understanding of how to sequence his three pitch mix to attack hitters. He ran his fastball up to 89 mph with nearly 20 inches of horizontal movement, pairing it with a breaking ball that reached 2,765 rpm and a changeup with arm side action. His even keeled temperament allowed him to remain composed and compete through adversity before settling into the outing. Continuing to sharpen his command from the start will allow his pitchability and quality arsenal to play at an even higher level. Maintaining a consistent arm slot will be important moving forward, the inconsistencies with his release can impact command and give hitters an earlier look at what is coming.
Colin Murphy OF / Cactus Shadows, AZ / 2027
The 6’2, 190 pound outfielder finished 2 for 8 with a single and a double, with both hits producing EV’s over 90 mph. He keeps his hands back and away from his body, creating space and a clear path to the baseball with the ability to drive the ball to all fields. He came up and out of his legs at times during his at bats, causing him to lose the barrel and narrowly miss pitches he was capable of handling. A contact first approach focused on consistently barreling baseballs will allow his strength and natural power to show up more often. Colin profiles as a corner outfielder and continues to make adjustments and improve with each look.
William Parker OF / C / Desert Ridge, AZ / 2027
Will delivered one of the top offensive performances among all the Senior Future Games representatives, finishing 6 for 8 with two doubles and a grand slam. The kid continues to hit everywhere he goes (batted .426 with 10 HR during his HS season). A linedrive hitter with plus bat to ball skills and strength to produce consistent hard contact. The 5’11, 181 pound athlete brings a 6.79 60 yard dash, 92 mph arm from the outfield and 1.98 pop time behind the dish, giving him the tools to plug and play just about anywhere on the field. Will is a smart, instinctive player with a strong understanding of the game and a blue collar mentality that shows in every phase.
Jaxon Perrilliat 1B / Desert Mountain, AZ / 2027
The 6’1, 203 pound corner infielder showed the physical tools and athleticism that make him a high upside prospect to keep tabs on, despite finishing with one hit during game action. Jaxon possesses quick hands and natural power, supported by an 80.4 mph max bat speed, a 107.3 mph exit velocity and a 6.78 60 yard dash. After missing significant time over the past year due to injury, his timing and comfort against high level pitching are still returning. More consistent at bats against quality arms will allow him to settle into his approach and better showcase his offensive ability. Continuing to refine his defensive actions and building up his arm strength will be important as he works toward reaching his considerable ceiling.
Ryan Sanchez 1B / RHP / Valley Christian, AZ / 2027
The 6’3, 233 pound two way prospect finished 2 for 7 at the plate, highlighted by a 102 mph double off the center field wall. His most impressive work came on the mound, where the inexperienced right hander sat 90 to 94 mph throughout his outing despite never previously throwing more than 30 pitches in a game. Ryan faced 10 hitters, allowing one hit and no runs while striking out three and walking three. His fastball showed up to 20 inches of horizontal movement, while his slider reached 2,625 rpm and his changeup generated a 67 percent strike rate. Improving his command and gaining more experience on the mound will be important, but his arm strength, physicality and competitive makeup give him considerable two way upside. Ryan is a team oriented player who continues to trend upward with each look.
Jaggar Wethington RHP / Mountain Ridge, AZ / 2027
The 6’1, 161 pound right hander delivered one of the strongest outings among Arizona’s pitchers, facing eight hitters without allowing a hit or run while walking one and striking out two. Jaggar showed poise, command and advanced pitchability, running his fastball up to 91.3 mph with nearly 20 inches of induced vertical break. He displayed a strong understanding of how to sequence and tunnel a deep four pitch mix, pairing the fastball with two distinct breaking balls and a changeup with arm side run. His ability to land the curveball for strikes and expand with the slider kept hitters from settling into comfortable at bats. Continuing to add strength to his lean frame while maintaining his athletic delivery and feel for his arsenal should help his stuff continue to progress.
Ricardo Yuriar Jr 3B / RHP / Canyon View, AZ / 2027
Although Ricardo did not have as much success with the stick as he would have liked, he found another way to make an impact with an impressive performance on the mound. After picking up pitching within the past year, the physical 6’0, 219 pound right hander faced six hitters without allowing a hit, run or walk while striking out two. He ran his fastball up to 91 mph and showed feel for a deep mix that included a curveball, slider and changeup. His newfound ability on the mound adds another dimension to his profile and speaks to his overall versatility and willingness to compete wherever needed. Continued pitching experience and a focus on translating his elite 79.4 mph bat speed into more consistent game contact against high end arms will help him maximize his two way ability at the next level.
