Last October my Krafton account randomly wouldn't sign it. It kept saying my password was wrong or the email wasn't recognized. Although I could send a reset password link to my email which then sent me to a blank flashing error screen.
I contacted support and they were not much help so I pretty much just wrote off the account. Luckily a Krafton account isn't overly important and just used for the odd PUBG skins event.
Anyway I tried signing in every so often and it still wasn't working. I tried it on my PC, on my Phone, using a different internet connection. The typical troubleshooting methods.
Fast forward to today almost a year later and I accidentally clicked on a banner in the PUBG menu which took me to the PUBG website. So I thought screw it why not try and sign in and to my surprise it actually worked.
What the hell is wrong with that website or my account? I know website issues are pretty common but this wasn't just a few hours or days. This was 6+ months.
It's scary this kind of thing happens. Imagine it happening with a banking website or something with real importance. You're just left to deal with support or give in.
