I’ve been tuning my Samsung-die CL36 DDR5 kit and managed to get some solid results. We all know Samsung doesn't scale as well as Hynix A-die, but I wanted to see how far I could push it while maintaining daily stability.

I managed to break into the 60ns barrier in Aida64, here is a breakdown of my findings, limits, and walls.

-tCL 30: Required 1.45V+. Ultimately not worth the extra heat output, especially since Samsung dies run much hotter than Hynix

-tRFC: unstable anywhere below 780

-tFAW & tWTRL: Hard lock / failed to boot whenever dropped below 20

This seems to be the absolute ceiling for my chip at these voltages before stability degrades. For those running Samsung die, what timings are you managing to stabilize?
