Found a weird and horrifying glitch as male V

I was hanging out with Kerry at the Glen as Male V, and for some reason the game spawns Judy into the couch animation. Im also stuck and cant get up.. I'm on the ps5 so obviously no mods, but has anyone ever experienced this glitch? 😂
