I have no idea what this is or how to use it

Hey y'all, so Im kinda new to CODM, I'm really sorry if this is common sense.

So I just unlocked this achievement, and I don't know what the "Custom Weapon" it gave me does, how to make use of it, etc.

Can anyone tell me what this is?
