Is the only way to obtain the Neon Warlord Set by buying it with 100 artisan tokens? Or can you unlock the set imprint another way? I was hoping I could pull it from a chest but they are already removing contender items from chests and sounds like they almost want to phase chests out altogether in September. Will sets like this always return to special crafting, and in the future they will drop from the supply bay instead of chests?
