If you look at the map layout of Shangri-La, you'll see how many different and interactable features the map has that affect how you transverse throughtout the map
It has many special and unique features:
1- it has punjabi stakes that come out from both exits of the starting room
2- Geysers that help you transverse with the lower part of the map and viceversa
3- A waterslide that takes you from the top left part of the map to the bottom right of the map
4- A cartmine that lets you still shoot and takes you to the other side of the map (Takes you to the opposite side that the waterslide does)
5- A waterfall that you can interact and pushes all the players and zombies (kinda useless but hey, its something)
And there's also the fact that you can activate a Eclipse that changes the skybox of the map
I miss this type of transportation systems where there is more than just push a buttom and it instantly takes you to the other side of the map
Since BO4, the abuse of teleporters and portals and less unique methods as a transportation system in maps has been very present
BO7 has been making some improvements with how you can transverse the map (Ol' Tessie in AOTD and The Giant in Totenreich) but i still think they could make more unique and special transportation systems kinda like they did on BO1 or BO2
