Hi everyone,
I’m making this post because I’ve been trying to recover my original PUBG MOBILE account for months, and I’m hoping someone here has experienced something similar or knows what I can do.
I’ve played PUBG MOBILE since the early years, and my account meant a lot to me. My last legitimate login was around July 2024. After that I stopped playing for a while.
When I came back many months later, I discovered I could no longer access my account.
I tried every login method I had previously used:
Apple ID
Game Center
X (Twitter)
Phone number
Email
Instead of logging me into my original account, they either created brand new accounts or didn’t give me access. At that point I realized my original account had likely been compromised and the login methods had been changed.
I contacted PUBG MOBILE Support.
At first they repeatedly told me to use the Account Recovery tool from the login screen.
However, every single time I enter my original UID, I immediately receive this message:
“Unusual activity has been detected in your current environment. Please file the claim using a regular device.”
The problem is…
I AM using my regular device.
I’m using the same iPad I used to play PUBG MOBILE.
I’m using the same home Wi-Fi.
I’m in the same country .
I’m not using a VPN.
I’m not using an emulator.
I’m not rooted or jailbroken.
So I literally cannot even submit an Account Recovery claim because the system blocks me before I can answer any recovery questions.
I contacted support again and again.
For a long time they kept telling me that:
“The account is showing normal activity.”
Which makes sense if someone else has access to it, but that’s exactly why I’m trying to recover it.
Recently they finally asked me to provide detailed ownership information, including:
last login month
device
account creation time
country
language
when I believe the account was hacked
how I discovered it
I have provided everything honestly, including the fact that I don’t know the exact month it was compromised because I wasn’t playing at the time.
I have never sold, traded or intentionally shared my account.
I’m simply trying to recover my own account.
At this point I feel stuck because:
Support tells me to use the Account Recovery tool.
The Account Recovery tool refuses to let me submit a claim because it says my environment is suspicious.
Support says they can’t verify ownership because the account is still active.
So I’m caught in an endless loop.
Has anyone here successfully recovered an account after getting the “Unusual activity has been detected in your current environment” message?
Did anyone find a solution?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for reading.
