MOLINE, Ill (KWQC) – The Quad City Steamwheelers return to action Sunday after a bye week, riding a two-game win streak and facing a critical stretch to close the season.
The Steamwheelers defeated the Des Moines Barnstormers 42-17 on the road before the break, marking their first road win of the season. The victory improved their record to 5-7.
Three of the Steamwheelers’ final four games are at home, including Sunday’s matchup against the Orlando Pirates at Vibrant Arena.
