The Devil Within: Satgat developer Newcore Games has announced 7 Trials, a stylish roguelite action game with support for four-player cooperative play, set in a “twisted afterlife.” It will be available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam and Stove.
“We’re thrilled to finally share 7 Trials with the world,” said Newcore Games game director Manjae Lee in a press release. “With The Devil Within: Satgat, we proved that Korean cultural material could resonate with a global audience. With 7 Trials, we’ve gone deeper embedding Korea’s afterlife mythology into the action genre we know best. We hope the experience of forging your own combat style across 49 days of trials will feel genuinely fresh to players around the world.”
