On Tuesday June 17, 2026 our staff saw over 90 players from across VA/DC at the Fairfax Future Games Trials event. Today we begin to take a look at a few players that stood out in a few areas. Our superlatives list cover two different sets of players, pitchers and positional players. In total we look at eight categories for players, Fastball, Secondary Mix, Pitcher Projection, Raw Power, Run Tool, Athleticism, Hit Tool, and Defense. We have selected the players from each event that stood out in those respective categories. This story focuses specifically on position players from the Fairfax Future Games Trials.
